Main Activities ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential initiatives to improve retail operations activities at global levelIdentify areas for improvement in current retail operations processes, implement retail operations best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivitySupport Global Retail Operations team by developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines and milestonesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are metMonitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completionCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reportsCascade and ensure all global operation initiatives are correctly implementedLead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems at store and regional offices levelFacilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback from key stakeholdersAnticipate potential project risks and develop mitigation strategiesMonitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limitsDevelop business cases to capture the reasoning for proposing projects and investments, ensuring scope, benefits and return on the investment are clearPrepare documents, presentations, and minutes to keep track and explain decisionsNurture a project management mentality within the Global Retail Operations teamFoster an analytical methodology in all retail operations areas of intervention, building a fact-based approach, rooted on data and evidencesMinimum Qualifications:At least 3 years' experience working in the Retail industry or in consultancyStrong and proven analytical backgroundProficiency in Office, especially Excel; Business Objects is a plusFluency in EnglishStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitaskAble to work well in a fast-changing environmentStrong attention to detailsGood organisational skillsProactivity and problem solving attitudePlease note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
