For our Global Headquarters in **Milan**, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our **Global Retail Excellence** team. You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities. **Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? **We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. You'll be in charge of:

- Supporting and assisting in project management and team coordination

- Supporting team in design and implementation of global processes

- Assisting in analysis of different outputs with attention to details in complex frameworks

- Supporting the internal community sharing information between different departments to generate alignment and collect feedbacks

**You are the right person if you**:

- Have a Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or similar

- Possess advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

- Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams

- Possess strong analytical acumen and critical thinking

- Possess a clear and open communication, and relational skills
