**Who we are looking for
**Amplifon has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Global Retail Training Specialist based in Milan Headquarters.
**You will join the Global Retail Training Team, focused on Sales and Field Management organization and responsible for designing and delivering training initiatives in the Global Retail Academy framework, to drive performance improvements and innovation in our worldwide store network.
**In particular you will work with the Global Retail Training Team in the following activities**:
- **Support the execution of the Global Retail Academy strategy, granting a successful implementation of global training governance and processes**:
- **Work in partnership with global and cross-functional project teams and with external partners to design and deliver global training initiatives targeting sales field population**:
- **Sustain and facilitate a Global Training Community, through different workstreams and initiatives aiming at engaging and aligning our Training Professionals worldwide**:
- **Contribute to the monitoring and exchange of best practices across countries worldwide to become part of the Global Retail Academy**:
- **Manage the Corporate LMS and measure the success of training initiatives and their impact on business performance based on an effective data gathering and analysis
**Key Requirements & Competencies
- **Training background, with a 3-5 years of experience in a retail company is a plus**:
- **Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English**:
- **Bachelor's /master's degree**:
- **Responsibility & Ownership**:
- **Hands-on approach and willingness to work in cross-country teams**:
- **Problem solving, project management and analytical skills**:
- **Good knowledge of Microsoft package (Excel and PPT)**:
- **Learning Management System knowledge (Cornerstone is a plus)**:
- **Instructional Design is a plus
