Rewards and Recognition:Develop and implement global rewards and recognition programs that align with the company's values and goals in the beauty industry. Conduct market research to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and attractive within the beauty sector. Collaborate with leadership to design and execute creative recognition initiatives. 2.
Performance Management:Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives and the unique dynamics of the beauty industry. Work closely with managers to establish performance expectations, provideguidance on feedback, and drive a performance-oriented culture. 3.
People Analytics:Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions related to talentmanagement, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Implement and manage analytics tools to measure key HR metrics and provideactionable recommendations. 4.
HR Systems Implementation:Master policies and Processes design & implementation globally across all theemployee lifecycle (e. g.
Employee/Manager Handbook, Job description, Recruiting, hiring & On boarding, position requisition, performance management, etc.
)Lead the implementation and optimization of HR systems (HiBob) to enhanceefficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HRsystems with other business processes. Demonstrate proficiency in mastering Excel and the Microsoft Office 365 suite toenhance data analysis and reporting capabilities. Showcase experience in implementing HR systems internationally, bringing a globalperspective to system optimization. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the beauty industry or fast-paced companies. Experience as a Compensation & Benefits consultant for a major HR consulting firm is highly desirable. Strong understanding of global rewards, recognition, and performance management practices. Proven experience with HR systems implementation and optimization. Experience with international payroll managementMastery of Excel and proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is a plus. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
