**GLOBAL REWARDS & PERFORMANCE MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Global Rewards & Performance Manager to support the creation of a Total Rewards culture aligned to business and people needs, while supporting Chiesi's continued growth.
The position will also act as Rewards & Performance Business Partner for assigned business areas and/or countries, providing strong support to HR Business Partners/HR Managers and business leaders.
The position is part of a lean team within a dynamic, fast-growing, stimulating and friendly environment and reports to the Head of Global Rewards & Performance Management.
**Main responsibilities
- Support the design of an effective and engaging Total Rewards strategy for Chiesi, matching both our long-term vision and short-mid-term targets and an organisational culture based on meritocracy and recognition.
- Lead the continuous development and evolution of the performance management process and systems, ensuring a strong connection of total reward to both our business and individual objectives.
- Manage the yearly performance management process at Global level, setting up systems/information and advising HRBPs/HR Directors, monitoring and reporting on timing, outcomes (KPI), overall effectiveness and quality of the process.
- Manage the Group Long Term Incentive plan, coordinating all the relevant stakeholders in the different phases, from target identification to individual payout and reporting.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of core reward-related activities such as job evaluation/grading, salary structure design, yearly salary review, global benefits framework and local benefit plans.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Chiesi Diversity & Inclusion roadmap with specific focus on performance and rewards-related projects.
- Strongly contribute to proper communication and training/education strategies and plans for the key processes in scope.
- Be the reference contact for the relevant HR Information System tools (SuccessFactors).
- Being updated about new trends and best practices at international level, by nurturing solid relationships with external providers/partners and rewards experts in other companies.
- Respect company values and procedures.
- In addition to the responsibilities listed above, ad hoc projects may be assigned as part of annual targets and a structured development programme based on the individual's training needs.
**Profile
- Education Master's degree, preferably in Economics or Business Studies.
Post-graduate master in HR Management will be considered a plus.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- At least 5 years of experience in HR roles dedicated to reward and performance management, gained within evolved international companies or HR/Change/Reward consultancies
- Knowledge of best practices in reward and performance management in international markets, such as the US and Europe
- Proven experience in implementing and managing short and long term performance management systems.
- Solid project management experience, in particular in the areas of job evaluation, salary classification, performance management systems, rewards and benefits; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; initiative and identification of priorities.
- Solid IT skills and experience working with HR information systems (ideally Success Factors).
