Global Industry Manager – Plastics Frankland Automation is thrilled to be partnering with a leading global automation manufacturer to find a Global Industry Manager – Plastics.

This strategic role is pivotal in shaping and executing the company's global approach to the plastics market.

In this role, you will define and implement the global industry strategy for the Plastics segment, ensuring alignment across subsidiaries in marketing, customer engagement, and business direction.

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, your insights will directly influence the company's global success in this key market.

Our client is a renowned name in the industrial automation sector, known for its excellent reputation, premium products, and unwavering commitment to quality.

They have enjoyed successive year over year growth and have a very positive outlook for the next few years.

Location: Hybrid - Able to commute to the Bergamo / Milan area 2-3 days per week.

Salary & Benefits: Flexible for the right candidate.

We have in mind €80K - €100K (fixed) + bonuses + benefits.

What We're Looking For: Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the automation industry with deep knowledge of the plastics market.

Language Skills: Fluent English required; Italian proficiency is a significant advantage.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel globally.

Driver's License.
