How you'll make an impact:Achieves orders targets (e. g. , volume, prices, portfolio mix) with the sales organization. Ensures the value proposition for the target segment is developed and well communicated to all stakeholders, supporting the development and achievement of standards through a clear definition and regular oversight. Activates market intelligence, benchmarking, and analysis to assess market dimensions like market size, customer trends and strategies, market practices, product and portfolio gaps, competitor moves and activities. Agrees with the business units / product groups on market developments, products/solutions requirements and development actions and plans. Identifies and prioritizes key accounts and gives appropriate feedback on market developments and requirements, ensuring the achievement of sales volume and targets. Builds and maintains a strong relationship at senior levels with key customers, stakeholders and decision makers, ensuring effective communication on the segment. Together with the local sales managers, lead and develop the segment strategic accounts.

Ensure that the major accounts in the segment are identified and prioritized by the company. Your background:A master's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering or similar is preferred. You are a driven and self-motivated person with excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders and create long-lasting relationships. You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You have the ability to solve problems and think outside the box to achieve the best results. Experience within the Data Center segment would be a plus.
