RINA is currently recruiting for a Global Senior Training Solutions Advisor to join its office in Rome, Italy within the Global Innovation Division.
MissionRINA S. p. A. is looking for a Global Senior Training Solutions Advisor to support the design, coordination, and implementation of global training solutions aligned with the Open Innovation Hub (OIH) strategy.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing innovative training programs, supporting operational activities, and fostering collaboration among key stakeholders at regional and global levels.
You will contribute to shaping the future of training initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key AccountabilitiesYour key accountabilities will include: Supporting the development and delivery of training solutions aligned with OIH's global strategy. Coordinating training activities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. Assisting in setting up local training operations and supporting resource allocation. Working closely with internal teams, trainers, and external partners to facilitate program execution. Monitoring training program budgets and costs and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact and effectiveness. Conducting market research and contributing to program innovation and continuous improvement. As a Global Senior Training Solutions Advisor, you will be a pivotal part of the team driving excellence in training and capability development.

EducationMaster's Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management or Education Sciences
QualificationsTo qualify for this role, you should have: A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or Education Sciences. Over 5 years of experience in training program development, coordination, or project support. Exposure to international work environments is a plus. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in training-related software and tools. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to track training effectiveness and ROI. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies is advantageous.
