**What we are looking for**:Amplifon is seeking an intern interested in making the difference in our

**Global Shop Logistic Support Team**, helping the team in the following activities:

- Monitoring of EDI Purchase and Return flow performance to guarantee company sales and cashback flow

- Manage and analyze EDI Business errors and drive ticket resolution to provide to our shops and customers a very high-quality service.

- Collaborate with suppliers to assure flowless communication and prompt problem solving.

- Monitor Supplier delivery and service performances to guarantee the agreed lead times and service level to our network.

- Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met, building and monitoring reports

**What you'll need**:

- Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics or similar

- Possess advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

- Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams

- Good analytical skills and data analysis skills

- Flexibility, positive and proactive approach, ability to question conventional wisdom.
