JOB MISSION
Davines is seeking an experienced, creative, and performance-driven Social Media Associate and Content Producer to join our brand.
As a social media & content producer, you will be responsible for executing the social strategy and content development; spearheading initiatives to grow and support the brand's loyal professional community via Davines' owned B2B channels; crafting meaningful digital experiences, overseeing scheduling, posting, and community management; and social media analytics.
You will use your outstanding knowledge of culture, industry trends, and the broader social media landscape of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and their platform capabilities to produce content that engages, excites, and educates our community of professional stylists and consumers while contributing to the growth of the overall business.
The role will focus on owned and earned media, working alongside the Marketing, Trade, Education, and Digital e-commerce teams.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**Work on the global social calendar for the B2B brand channels**: Davines Education international (IG + YouTube & TT focus);
Lead the plan content plan aligned to the brand master plan & the key activities of Education;
Oversee;
Proactively carry out campaign reporting and marketing analytics and manage the use of data within the e-commerce department to drive actionable insights;
**Manage the community regularly**: monitor the comments & social sentiment;
Work alongside the Communications team to contribute to paid content and influencer briefs and campaigns to leverage professional content opportunities;
Manage internal resources and budget for global B2B social.
DIGITAL SOCIAL CONTENT PRODUCTION
Production of all digital content assets, deployment, and data entry in coordination with external partners when applicable;
Extremely confident creating and editing content as well as being on camera and managing the production of brand-specific social content, such as:
- Capturing content on the phone at events
- Editing user-generated content to meet the brand aesthetic.
- Spearheading video shoots for how-to content for consumers and pros
- Behind-the-scenes content creation
- As comfortable picking up a camera yourself to film an IG Stories or creating simple social media graphics as you are with a briefing, shooting, and executing a 3-hour how-to webinar.
- Creating a clear vertical strategy for short (Stories) and long-form (IGTV/YouTube) videos.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
At least 2-3 years of experience working on a digital communications environment for an international brand;
University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields;
English mother tongue/proficiency in English - Italian is a plus;
International experience, either living or working abroad, will be considered a plus;
Exceptional time and project management skills - highly organised & detail-oriented;
Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing skills are a must;
Analytical skills and experience using social media management tools (Dash Hudson, Sprinklr, Hootsuite or similar);
You are brand obsessed and driven by results.
