**What we are looking for**:
**We are searching for a Global Store Operations Specialist
Support the department leader in driving the implementation of the new store support model.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Leverage existing platforms to automate and structure reporting to meet the information needs of stakeholders at different levels of the organization
- Collaborate with Local teams to introduce best practices that can standardize, automate and evolve the existing reporting
- Lead insight generation, identifying opportunities that can improve the performance of the support ecosystem
- Drive actions to evolve existing reporting, designing new ways to measure, analyze and visualize store operations impacts on day-to-day stores' productivity
- Support the implementation of the support service model, adapting it to the local factors
**Skills and Experiences
- Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Statistics, Engineering or similar
- Possess advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Possess strong analytical acumen
- Experience working with international markets
- Possess critical thinking, a clear and open communication, relational and team building skills
- Willing to drive successful outputs
- attention to details in complex frameworks
- 2/4 years of experience on support service topics within retail industry
- ServiceNow knowledge preferred
