**What are we looking for**We are looking for a
**Global Store Performance CoE Manager **reporting to the Global REX (retail excellence) Sales Performance Director. The role will :Guarantee innovative, performing and effective store processes & tools, oversee KPIs, providing sales Intelligence and forecasting to help countries and regions to drive commercial actions and maximize Sales Performance.
**How**:
- Design and provides the most effective processes and tools for Client Advisors (e. g. , Agenda Management)
- Drive countries topredicts short and medium term sales performances, leveraging on the historical funnel data and business assumptions (working close to Data and Analytics team)
- Based on forecasted figures and in collaboration with Marketing, Finance and HR organizations, triggers specific actions to be implemented in Countries and Regions
- Design routines and processes in order to let the regions, and the countries, to achieve what designed
- Work along with IT, Supply chain, Administration and other company functions to reduce unproductive times boosting productivity.
- Work along with training, in further understand trainings benefits and boos-up Client Advisors role
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Master's degree in Business Economics (or similar)
- Familiar with an Agile or Lean way of working.
- 5-7 years of experience as a manager in a similar position
- End to end project management experience especially
- inclination to data analysis and forecasting combined with same attention to business impacts.
- Excellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel
- Knowledge of Power B. I.
or comparable programs
- Mother tongue or fluent in English
