**Global Strategy Manager**, a key role for our corporate strategy and continued growth plans throughout all continents. In this role, you will work on high-profile, strategic and operational projects.
Reporting to
**the Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer, Paolo Lazzarini**, you will join a high-performing team and work on the key priorities for our ambitious growth plans. One of your immediate priorities will be leading the scouting and design process of new business models and channels to expand Amplifon's business and execute cross-functional efforts to operationalize new avenues of long-term growth for the Company.
**Main activities and responsibilities
- Lead scouting, planning and execution of cross-functional, high impact strategic initiatives to be rolled out in the upcoming years.
- Be involved in revenue growth projects, including but not limited to, new products & services, partnerships, geographic expansion, or improvement of current products and processes
- Drive formulation of key insights to support the development of new business models and channels by articulating a sound business strategy and execution plan
- Build relationships across countries and functions in Amplifon to gain support for key initiatives
- Be an agent of change and drive successful change management through and after the completion of strategic projects
- Develop and share deep market insights about relevant industry trends in major countries/markets and implications for Amplifon
**Experience & Skills
- 5+ years' experience in management consulting / project management / strategy within multinational and multilayered organizations
- Experienced in leading financial analyses within M&A assignments (e. g.
DCF, multiple based valuations, IRR calculations, . . . )
- Strong modelling capabilities
- Demonstrated success in leading through influence, and driving top performance in project teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a non-hierarchical, fast-paced environment
- Deep intellectual curiosity, creative thinking, and ability to question conventional wisdom
- Able to cope with diverse environments (different cultures; levels of capabilities; etc.
)
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Mobile and open to travel
- Must be fluent in English, fluency in other languages is a strong plus
Workplace: Milan (Global HQ) with availability to travel globally when required.
Hybrid workplace with 9 days of remote work per month.
