For our Global Headquarters in

**Milan, **Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our

**Global Sustainability team**, working with all the 25 Group's countries of operation and relevant internal and external stakeholders.

**Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?

**We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from day 1. You'll have full exposure to all

**ESG topics** but particularly devoted to

**sustainability reporting-related activities**, and you will:

- Actively execute the sustainability reporting process at the Group level, collaborating with other Corporate Functions and Country local teams, to collect and consolidate quantitative and qualitative ESG data, particularly social and environmental data.

- Draft the Group's Non-Financial Statement (Sustainability Report) in compliance with the D. lgs.

254/16 and according to GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards, and supporting the third-party audit activities.

- Support the definition and the monitoring of the Group's Sustainability Plan and climate strategy, by collecting relevant data to design new targets and track performances.

- Support the participation in ESG questionnaires from rating agencies & indices (ex.

S&P CSA/DJSI, CDP) and from institutional investors.

- Support external & internal communication activities related to the sustainability strategy (ex.

corporate website, internal ESG newsletter, intranet).

**You are the right person if you**:

- Are genuinely passionate and enthusiastic about sustainability topics.

- Have a Master's degree in engineering or Economics, Business Management, or other relevant disciplines.

Sustainability-related tracks will be a plus

- Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams.

- Have an analytical mindset and strong analytical skills

- Possess a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

- Have a Pro-active attitude and are open to innovation.

- Enjoy working on an energetic, and fun team and have a clear ability to drive the growth.
