Global Sustainable Procurement Internship
For our Global Headquarters in
**Milan, **Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our
**Global Procurement & Supply Chain ESG team **supporting the definition and the implementation of suppliers' ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) framework, with the aim of driving forward the sustainability of Amplifon's value chain.
**Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?
**We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. You'll be in charge of:
- Developing and managing a tracking tool for ESG Self Assessments to suppliers, including completion request, scoring, follow up and action plans;
- Defining and publishing a global procedure for Amplifon's Suppliers ESG Framework, including scope and criteria of applicability, prioritization approach and definition of suppliers' ESG minimum requirements;
- Supporting definition of scale-up approach of Amplifon's ESG Suppliers Framework;
- Identifying applicable sustainable procurement best practices from Countries and support roll-out at Global level.
**You are the right person if you**:
- Have a background in Economics, Business Management, Engineering and/or Sustainability;
- Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams;
- Are strongly passionate about Sustainability, and you consider yourself as a fast learner, highly proactive & attentive to details;
- Possess a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel); data analysis capacity is a plus;
- Like to manage different projects at the same time, engaging different and various stakeholders.
