- Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Identify the tail brands in key markets
- Segment the tail brands based on the opportunities and market circumstances & prioritize the segmented tail brands with their potential
- Identify brands which require asset development for the local and regional tail brands & identify the most appropriate, effective and cost-effective support and communication plans, within each relevant product / product category and target audience.
- Management and monitoring of all marketing KPIs, to include delivery of commercial action plans where necessary
- Collaborate with CoE Tail team to identifing which content needs to be developed for local and regional tail brands and to tracking localization process with reviewing progress with both markets and brand managers
- Collaborate with local affiliates in the translation of the tail brand campaign materials to the local language; identifying partners together with countries/regions and BD; defining with partner overall strategy to maximize sales via a commercial steering committee.
Including marketing plan, SF allocation, marketing campaign & activities
- Support Global Brand Lead with Budget and contract management
- Maintain a strong relationship with all markets
- Collaborate cross functionally with global brand lead, tail content team, and local markets
- The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a life science, business, or marketing specialisation and a relevant Pharma experience (5+ years) in Marketing.
However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration
- Commercial acumen, business oriented
- Able to manage several projects concurrently and able to prioritise and meet challenging deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
- Must possess the following skills: positive behavior, resilience, open minded and innovative approach, creativity.
