Guide them to success while managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all key hires.
Employer Branding: Strengthen the employer brand on a global scale, ensuring it is recognized as an employer of choice in every market.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand business needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring the company is building teams that reflect the values and the communities the company serves.
Metrics & Reporting: Develop KPIs and track the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Use data to optimize recruiting processes and achieve continuous improvement.
