**What we are looking for

Amplifon is seeking a senior professional interested in having an impact in our Global Talent team.

The Global Talent Center of Excellence covers Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Engagement.

Besides working in a highly digitized, fast paced global function, you will play a key role in the development of our people.

How will you accomplish it?

- Managing and improving our talent processes.

- Implementing, running and reviewing L&D programs and initiatives at global level.

- Partnering with the HR community at country, regional and global level will be critical for the success of each initiative.

- Interacting with our talent population will provide great insights and ideas to anticipate future scenarios and needs.

- Numbers, technology, and analytics will be your other companions in this experience when you will work on our complete suite of HR systems.

**The creative part:

- Develop global programs to cover from professionals to executives, leveraging on expertise of international partners

- Use a blended approach to ensure our initiatives are catching people attention and providing a relevant, impactful experience

- Work closely with Communication team to foster a culture of learning and continuous feedback

- Ensure the best possible experience by integrating every program within the full employees' lifecycle.

**The analytic part:

- Analyze Talent KPIs to design and assign programs, linking performance to development

- Ensure consistency between global processes, working closely with the countries and developing local accountability

- Continuously improve talent processes and scout external practices to develop their effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience as Talent Manager in a complex environment, comfortable in having responsibility over global processes

- Experience in a fast-paced ecosystem where strong conceptual and problem-solving skills are required.

- Analytical skills, data-based decisions, KPIs definition and management

- Comfortable in using technology and constantly challenge the status quo also through it.

- Ability to interact with multiple leaders within an organization and creating a network of potential partners outside it

- Fluent English (other languages will be considered a plus)

- University Degree

**Work Location**:Milan **(global HQ).
