Job Summary We are currently seeking Administrative Assistants to perform a variety of clerical duties across our growing organization.

As an Administrative Assistant you may be assigned to any of our hiring organizations within Operations Upstream Downstream or across our many service organizations which include HR Finance Law Technology and more.
Your primary role will be to provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the office to which you are assigned.
Key Responsibilities: Perform highly confidential administrative duties Manage complex diary/calendar Organize travel itineraries visa applications and handle expenses Compose edit and review confidential correspondence Compile statistical information reports and presentations Perform office management and other administrative duties as required Requirements: Willingness to relocate to Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
Minimum of 5 years of solid and continuous experience as a professional Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant Proven track record of providing outstanding highlevel support Highly adaptable with excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) Strong written and oral English skills attention to detail initiative and ability to thrive under pressure Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint Administrative, Assistant, Company Secretarial Work
