**GLOBAL TOTAL REWARD MANAGER**:
JOB MISSION
Within our HR function we are currently looking for a Global Total Reward Manager in charge of defining (together with the CHRO) the best reward systems, processes, and policies for Davines Group, while coordinating payroll for Italy, international mobility, budget process, and HR analytics area.
The role ensures all global policies are applicable and meet Group and subsidiaries goals through innovative, digital and sustainable solutions in line with our Company Values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Propose & develop Total Rewards policies and programs (such as job evaluation systems and processes, salary benchmarking, bonus plans, welfare activities, tangible and intangible benefits)
Ensure Total Rewards policies and programs are competitive, cost-effective, comply with the current legislation based on the reference Country and in line with Davines Group specific needs
Manage the company's global compensation and benefit programs, aligned with financial goals
Regularly benchmark company programs and monitor external trends to ensure market competitiveness
In collaboration with the HRBPs team ensure fairness and equity across the organization
Oversee and manage international mobility activities (before hiring, expat in Italy, global roles based in other group subsidiaries)
Oversee Italian Payroll & admin processes in all different steps (redesign/improvement)
Revise and manage (together with the HR function) the Global HR analytics dashboard in order to allow proper data driven decision making to HR and Business, ensuring proper HRIS digitalization roadmap development.
In collaboration with the HRBPs & Finance Team enable the personnel Budget process, through all HR streams to ensure all deadlines are met and labor cost is aligned with the company targets
Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants
Manage a small team
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in diversified areas of HR (Reward and/or HRBP)
Capability to navigate a dynamic environment and manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders at multiple levels (executives
- managers - employees)
Excellent interpersonal and people advocacy skills
Experience in managing a team and leadership attitude
Ideally previous experience in total rewards management, including compensation and benefits and payroll
Excellent process improvement as well as digital project management skills
Analytical and digital mindset with the ability to conduct data-driven assessments
Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all organization levels in a global and multicultural environment
Strategic thinking attitude with an entrepreneurial and leading by doing spirit
English language Fluent, Italian Language at least intermediate
