YOUR ROLE AT KIKO We are looking for a Global Trade Marketing & Revenue Growth Manager to join KIKO MILANO's Trade Marketing & Merchandising Team, reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing & Merchandising.
This role will oversee all the levers of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) - pricing, promotion, and assortment - contributing to the yearly plan across all KIKO Milano direct countries.
The successful candidate will support the direct manager in developing and implementing pricing strategies and guidelines, and in defining assortment strategy and implementation in-store.
In particular, you will: Lead the entire pricing process, from the strategy to the approval, ensuring an effective profit margins; Review and analyze competitor pricing to ensure KIKO's pricing remains aligned with the market and with the company's strategy, collaborating with Country Directors or local Marketing Department; Propose and review pricing strategies, analyzing the pricing architecture among categories; Define the final product pricing; Monitor the impact of pricing actions and make adjustments as needed, guiding eventual repricing initiatives, in line with the competitors' pricing strategies trend and the market benchmark; Support the development and execution of promotion strategies by country, in collaboration with stakeholders (retail, brand analyst, e-commerce, local teams, CRM); Supervise the team in analyzing and reporting on promo performances and couvette profitability on a weekly basis and post-activity; Study and propose appropriate assortments by cluster store and geography to ensure high profitability and rotations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Degree in Business or related fields; At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in an international environment; Previous experience in the Beauty industry is a plus; Consulting company experience is a nice to have; Fluent English, other languages as a plus; Excellent analytical skills and strong strategical mindset; Previous experience in people management.
