Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Global Trade Marketing Manager to join KIKO MILANO's Trade Marketing & Merchandising Team, reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing & Merchandising.
This role will oversee the levers of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) - pricing, promotion, and assortment - contributing to the yearly plan across all KIKO Milano direct countries.
The successful candidate will support the direct manager in developing and implementing strategies and guidelines, and in defining assortment strategy and implementation in-store.
In particular, you will: Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and in-store activations. Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities. Develop POS for commercial events and strategies to enhance involved product visibility. Track and evaluate trade marketing performance through KPIs, sales data, and ROI analysis. Support the development of pricing, promotions, and discount strategies to drive volume and profitability. Supervise the entire pricing process, from the strategy to the approval, ensuring effective profit margins. Support the development and execution of promotion strategies by country, in collaboration with stakeholders (retail, brand analyst, e-commerce, local teams, CRM). Involvement in the pricing process, ensuring effective profit margins including promoted items and mix. Supervise the team in analyzing and reporting on promo performances and profitability on a weekly basis and post-activity. Study and propose appropriate assortments by cluster store and geography to ensure high profitability and rotations. What you will need to succeed: Degree in Business or related fields. At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in an international environment. Previous experience in the Beauty or Fashion industry is highly appreciated. Fluent English, other languages as a plus. Excellent analytical skills and strong strategic mindset. Previous experience in people management. Highly collaborative style and willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams. Ability to be risk-aware and build contingency plans. Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
