Global Trade Relationship Manager

Job DescriptionResponsible for Global Trade Italy
Main Activities: Developing and expanding the Clients' activity in the Global Trade business. In charge of marketing all Global Trade Products such as Guarantees, Credoc, Structured Trade Finance, Supply Chain Financing, Working Capital solutions, Export Finance, liquidity management, Commodity business, etc. to the Italian clients. Responsible for originating and generating an annual P&L which requires preparation and follow-up of GT Results and Budget. Contribute with Coverage to enlarge the Corporate client base and onboard new clients. Assist the Senior Bankers to develop the commercial relationship with existing clients. Complete credit risk analysis of the different transactions with a GT Memo and review transaction and client's risk. This includes presentation of the proposed opportunities to various committees such as Pre Com/FICOM/BIZCOM/RCC/NCC. Pitching Clients alongside Bankers. Being part of a GT International Team, which implies collaboration and coordination within international teams and clients. Participation in transversal projects and active contribution to the development of the business line. Required Skills/Qualifications/ExperiencePerfectly fluent in English.
• 5-7 years of Banking experience in front Office functions (VP/Director level).
• Excellent understanding of credit risk, expertise in Trade Finance and Working Capital.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills.
• Ability to understand different financing alternatives and other Investment Banking products.
• Excellent teamwork skills and capacity to interact with other teams within the organization.
