GLOBAL TRAINEE - Human Resources: Labor Relations Operations

Your first assignment will be in **Human Resources - Labor Relations Operations**, our department in charge of:

- Providing support to other HR areas on the following activities:

- recruitment/placement/staffing initiatives,

- employees relations,

- compensation and benefit administration

- training initiatives,

- workforce planning

- Investigating and proposing resolution of day-to-day employee relations issues.

- Overseeing and assisting in screening, testing and hiring of employees.

- Investigating and proposing resolution to Quality non-conformances events.

- Investigating and timely responding to unemployment claims.

- Compiling, storing, or retrieving worker related information, such as medical, insurance, pension, and savings plans.

- Explaining to workers company and governmental rules, regulations and procedures needed for compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Master Degree in: Human Resources, Economy, Law

- Maximum age 28 years

- Good knowledge of the English language

- Professional experience not exceeding two years

- Proactivity

- Flexibility
