You will take part in technical and managerial training plans, job rotation and on the job training.

Your first assignment will be in **TECH Industrial & Process Technology**, with the following activities:

Coordinates the follow up of customers' production order cycle, assuring the registration of requests for quotations, guaranteeing delivery commitment/plant prebooking production, receiving and processing purchase orders, assuring purchase order fulfillment and responding to customers' needs and expectations.

**Main Responsibilities

Contributes to a specific function while he/she learns, trains and

improves skills in that particular area in order to gain a profound

understanding of processes, products and services.

- Observes core processes through on the job training, project assignments

and training activities.

- Learns about Exiros strategy, systems and processes.

- Analyzes information and prepares different deliverables as reports and

processes.

Gains deep knowledge of the processes he/she is exposed to.

- Maintains regular contact with other areas of the company, and interacts

with different hierarchical levels in order to achieve the expected

performance and results.

- Develops specific projects either in manufacturing areas, related

technical areas, or staff areas.

- Develops and manages a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and

measure the area's results.

**Requirements**:

- Master degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical or Material Engineering);

- Maximum age 28 years

- Good knowledge of the English language

- Professional experience not exceeding two years

- Proactivity
