You will take part in technical and managerial training plans, job rotation and on the job training.

Your first assignment will be in **TECH Industrial & Process Technology**, with the following activities:

Coordinates the follow up of customers' production order cycle, assuring the registration of requests for quotations, guaranteeing delivery commitment/plant prebooking production, receiving and processing purchase orders, assuring purchase order fulfillment and responding to customers' needs and expectations.

**Main Responsibilities

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Analyzes the technical feasibility for the development of new products and manufacturing processes or for the introduction of improvement to the existing ones.

- Develops new special products in order to meet customers quality demands

- Ensures quality product by detecting problems, making corrective actions and improving production results.

- Establishes customer satisfaction goals as required

- Provides support to the commercial area analyzing offerings, assessments, investments and equipment for new projects as well as defining sale terms together with the Credit area and pricing with the Commercial Planning area, based on market and customer segmentation

**Requirements**:

- Master degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical or Material Engineering);

- Maximum age 28 years

- Good knowledge of the English language

- Professional experience not exceeding two years

- Proactivity
