RINA is currently recruiting for a Global Training Solutions Advisor to join its office in Rome, Italy within the Global Innovation Division.
MissionTo design, implement, and manage global training solutions that align with the Open Innovation Hub (OIH) strategy, fostering innovation and collaboration at an international level. The role focuses on enabling the growth and operational efficiency of OIH initiatives by developing innovative and scalable training programs, driving market adoption, and ensuring alignment with regional and global business goals.
Key AccountabilitiesTraining Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the Global Innovation Training Solutions Hub Director to execute the global training strategy, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals. Work closely with regional leaders to customize training programs while maintaining global consistency. Program Creation and Management: Take the lead in designing and developing innovative training programs that focus on fostering a culture of innovation. Manage the logistics of training sessions to ensure smooth operations. Scalability of Training Initiatives: Ensure that training programs are adaptable to different regions and business units, optimizing resource utilization. Identify opportunities to enhance training effectiveness through technology and blended learning approaches. Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage resources for training programs, including time, personnel, and budget. Collaborate with the Director to track budget expenditures and prepare financial reports. Data Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor training data to assess program effectiveness and participant engagement. Gather feedback to improve training quality and guide future development. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote training initiatives. Support communication efforts to raise awareness of available programs and their benefits. EducationMaster's Degree in Education Sciences or Psychology
Qualifications+1-2 years of experience in training and development, focusing on program management and scalability. Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects in a global environment. Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences effectively. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track training effectiveness and ROI. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies is a plus. ADDRESS THE WAY: Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective way.
