What we are looking for:we are looking for a Global Transfer Pricing Manager, reporting to the Global Tax Sr Director. Key Responsibilities:Manage the day to day transfer pricing processes across the groupResolve transfer pricing issues and co-ordinate across the group tax team, global finance teams and external advisersPrepare Masterfile and Italian transfer pricing documentSupervise and support the countries on the preparation of the local pricing document documents Provide overview and review as appropriate of annual transfer pricing and other calculations performed by the various finance teamsReview and monitor all intercompany arrangements and transfer pricing suggesting improvements and changes to align to business changesWork with the tax team in preparing documentation to underpin any business change or provide any additional support to a transfer pricing positionBe business partner with regards to intercompany and transfer pricing related mattersWork with tax team on monthly/quarterly finance closures, both on actual and forecastsMonitor transfer pricing regulations and developments across the countries in which the group operates, highlighting issues to the business as appropriateSupport the Global Tax Senior Director on BAPA/APA proceduresExperience requiredTrained on transfer pricing by big firmACA or CTA qualified, or equivalentAt least 8 years transfer pricing experience required. Experience of international tax is an advantageSignificant transfer pricing experienceAwareness of developments in pricing document law and practice globally, and how MNCs respond to theseProven ability to work to deadlines in a complex environment, with key skills being attention to detail and effective project managementAble to manage workload to tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks and work streamsThe ability to build relationships across the organization and enthusiastic team playerAmplifon is working on boosting a Winning Culture that will lead our employees towards the future, starting from the improvement of our Winning Workplace.
