- Create a UX research roadmap for continuous improvement across the product.

- Interface with customers as well as the product squad.

- Maintain design system quality, organization, and automatization.

- Collaborate with team lead to translate requirements into high-quality efficient design.

- Work independently and take ownership of tasks, demonstrating a high level of autonomy.

- Conduct workshops and presentations with internal stakeholders to align business needs.

- Be the voice of the team, alongside the Product Managers, ensuring that the products we deliver are aligned with the commercial goals.

**What you'll need**Require

- 3+ years working as a UX/UI designer in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in creating visual elements, such as logos and graphics, as well as layouts and navigation systems.

- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, as well as conducting user research and testing to validate design decisions.

- Proven competency in data analytics and qualitative aspects of UX research.

- Be able to influence product and design decisions with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Advising on the most appropriate research methods based on your experience.

- Experience planning and executing research.

Personal/Organisational skills

- A passion for UX/UI design matters.

- Ability to work on multiple projects, under deadline pressure.

- Great attention to details.

- B2 level English proficiency.

- Strong commercial acumen with a positive, pragmatic attitude.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and memory management issues.

- A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
