Global Visual Set Up
Position**:
Mission
As Bulgari's Global Visual Set Up Manager, you create and implement the brand's visual merchandising (VM) strategy to showcase products and create impactful client experiences for all retail networks (Directly Operated Stores (DOS)), franchisee and wholesale channels) and merchandise categories (jewelry, watches, and accessories).
Main Accountabilities:
1.
GLOBAL PRODUCT DISPLAY STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION
- Define product display strategy to showcase and enhance all Bulgari creations following a marketing-led product launch calendar to ensure the most remarkable and successful client shopping experience.
- Lead in developing creative display concepts (product set up criteria, ad hoc showcase layouts, and storytelling assets) for external window animations, in store displays, pop ups and temporary shops.
- Manage a team of three full time staff and consultants; supervise display execution and strategy implementation across the Bulgari retail network (approx.
280 stores) and for all out of store activations.
- Coordinate corporate & regional VM team activities, such as new store openings, pop-ups, fairs, and events set up.

PRODUCT DISPLAY GUIDELINES & TRAINING
- Develop seasonal guidelines and playbooks (12 manuals per year) for in-store display execution, and out of store activations across all retail networks.
- Define the global visual set up training program for in-store and regional VM teams
- Develop and implement presentations, learning tools, and regional workshops.
3.
NEW STORE CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
- Collaborate with Design and Store Planning teams to develop new retail concepts, from visual point of view, from aesthetics to any functional element to connect the clients to the brand creations.
4.
EVENTS & SPECIAL PROJECTS
- Develop product presentation concepts for all OF corporate brand activities as corporate and local events, international fairs, press presentation (e. g.
High Jewelry Brand Event, Fashion Week, Doha Fair, Ginevra Watch Week).
**Profile**:
**Requirements**:
- At least 7 years of experience in Visual Merchandising with a similar role, preferably in a luxury company
- BS degree in Design, Architecture, Art, Fashion or similar
- Interest and understanding of fashion and luxury products
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills and can prioritize tasks efficiently
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly and creatively, embracing a forward-thinking, positive attitude when addressed with challenges
- Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage tasks across multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, CAD or Rinocheros are plus
