In your role as **GLOBAL WCM CO-PILLAR LEADER WO & LCS **within the WCM Central Team, you will be in charge of driving the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program in Ariston Group (launched in 2011) for the 2 WCM pillars Workplace Organization (WO) and Logistics & Customer Service (LCS) across all plants, with the aim of concretely improve plants' performances through the WCM approach and ensure full sustainability of results.

You will report to the Global Pillar Leader WO & LCS.

**Your main responsibilities include**:

- Support the Plant Pillar Leaders of WO and LCS in achieving performance targets.

- Actively contribute to the identified improvement projects in the domain of WO and LCS with an "hands-on" approach.

- Drive knowledge sharing selecting best practices and growing central standards.

- Collaborate with local industrial engineering, central industrial engineering to frontload issues and suggest best practices for the pillar of reference.

- Promote WCM mind-set within Ariston Group.

**Know-how

- 7+ years of experience in production, industrial engineering, or logistics and has been part of the WCM program ideally as the WCM Pillar leader of WO and/or LCS in manufacturing plant and/or in WCM or Central Engineering team.

- Mid to extensive technical background with regards to production and assembly line design in mid/high volumes environment, Time & Method studies, cycle time studies, ergonomics, line balancing and line feeding strategies/techniques.

- Distinctive knowledge together with real experience on WCM methodology (and ideally also Lean, Six Sigma and TPM), in particular for the 2 pillars of Workplace Organization and Logistics and Customer Service.

- Basic knowledge across the Supply Chain and Operations domain.

- Mastering of key tools for data analysis.

- Autocad, MTM and experience in Digital Manufacturing is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and oral.
