You will be based in one of main European plants managing team spread over 6 cooking plants in Europe.

Preferable Forli or Porcia, Italy.

We take under consideration Swidnica, Poland and Rothenburg.

We are looking for an agile manager to build together the future of Group Manufacturing Engineering organization and make another step in technological development of our factories

Your main tasks:

- Lead Team of Engineers, ensuring positive working environment and high motivation

- Be the interface to GME Technology Team for alignment on Technological Roadmap and implementation activities

- Cooperate with Capex organization for purchasing of production equipment

- Build training and development routines within the team to ensure a sustainable level of expertise and continuous learning process

- Promote the culture of innovation and introduction of new technologies

Qualifications:

- University Degree, Technical/Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, Electrics or Mechatronics (preferred minimum 2-3 years of experience with household appliances production or design)

- Experience with industrial equipment, knowledge of robotized automatic equipment and process control vision systems

- Ability to lead and manage a multi-cultural team of people, both physically and remotely.

- Willingness to travel within the EU cooking factories.

- Strong communication skills, openness to change, easily adaptable in new working environment, goal-oriented, self-motivated, good analytical and methodical skills for problem solving skills, keen on working in multicultural teams

- Knowledge of equipment safety norms, European Machinery Standards and P-FMEA methodology.
