We have a GMP Warehouse Operator opportunity at Evotec Modena, our site based in Medolla (MO), for GMP production of ATMP for clinical phases.

Essential Functions

- Receipt, delivery, regular counting, picking, packing, sorting system and inventory control of the goods, in compliance with training provided

- Maintain warehouses and working area in an orderly fashion, organizing the materials following FEFO approach

- Organize stocks to avoid loss related to expiration date

- Maintaining contact with suppliers

- Ensuring minimum material stock and timely communicating material need

- Ensure all material handling and operations are executed timely and in accordance with company requirements

- Fill in loading and unloading records

- Implement and follow safety practices and SOPs in a cGMP environment

- Ensure proper cleaning of materials before their entering into the cleanroom, in accordance with SOPs

- Comply with regulations for the handling of dangerous goods

- Fill in loading and unloading records

Required Skills & Abilities

- Positive, team player and problem-solving attitude

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent prioritization and organization skills

- Commitment to the assigned deadlines and ability to deliver them tightly

- English intermediate level is required (written and spoken)

- IT Skills - Microsoft Office.

SAP knowledge is preferred

Education/ Experience:

- Higher Technical Institutes Degree/University Technical Degree.

Biological education is preferred

- 2+ years warehousing experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
