**What you will do**:
Within the Italian Local Marketing Team - as a Go To Market Analyst - you will be responsible to create the the best restaurant offer of your assigned area, with the objective to provide the best experience to our community of diners. To strengthen the TheFork leadership position in Italy and to support the revenues growth, you will work on the marketing mix and in strong collaboration with the Sales and the Account Managers teams. You will drive part of the local business (depending on your area), you will provide punctual analysis and insights, you will work on many transversal projects to impact the decisions at Country level.
**Responsibilities
Relevance and quality of our restaurant offer:
- Work together with the Sales and the Account Managers teams to increase the volume of restaurants in your area. Focus to improve at the same time the relevancy and the quality of the restaurant offer in your area of responsibility (North, Center or South & Island);
- Identify and qualify the restaurants in your area (sourcing, segmentation );
- Analyze the business performances based on the existing indicators and propose new lines of analysis and concrete action plans to improve or adapt the strategy for your area;
- Provide alert and feedback to the top management to deep-dive business trends with the objective to push the revenues growth;
- Monitor the most important KPIs on a weekly basis.
Content and Experience:
- Manage the quality of our B2C content (photos, tags, restaurant selections, wordings);
- Work directly with the rest of the local marketing team by providing restaurant selections to run marketing activities (pr, social, performance marketing etc. ).
Transversal projects:
- Focus on the new restaurants performances to provide monthly analysis and feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Go-To-Market, Marketing and Management or Communication;
- Project management skills: autonomy, proactivity, job management;
- Analytical skills and capabilities to model and understand data and make data-driven decisions;
- Experience with data management tools: Excel, Salesforce, Tableau;
- Experience in using a range of marketing tools to influence and improve business KPI's;
- Communication skills and the ability to prepare presentations and guide recurring meetings;
- Strong interest in the Food and Restaurant industry;
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under mínimal guidance;
- Enjoys team work;
- Excellent in Italian and fluent in English.
