Position The Go To Market and Retail Sales function defines the 360 strategy of key retail projects, new products and services launch on the market, coordinating its implementation to ensure the successful market release.
It is a function at cross-junction between Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, CRM, and key regional stakeholders.
The Go To Market and Retail Sales Project Manager supports in the Strategy definition and coordinates projects on an end-to-end basis from design to implementation:
as such, outstanding team-working, communication and project management skills are essential.
Main activities and responsibilities:
Supporting in the definition of the Go To Market Calendar and the 360 Strategy for new products and services launch on the market
Is responsible for the activation of different calendar related levers such as:
Managing the planning of Pop In and Pop Up calendar, coordinating with regional and HQ stakeholders
Supporting the definition of Retail Entertainmentactivations for all network working closely to the events team, providing guidelines for a coherent implementation at WW level
Creating all Go To Market Calendar related materials, by coordinating all HQ involved departments to ensure proper information flows
Owning the quali-quantitative insights generation by building an accurate process of monitoring and tracking of all initiatives, managing periodical analysis to measure the results, having defined the appropriate KPIs
Defining the process of Best practice sharing across regions and departments
Coordinating key retail strategic projects involving both HQ and Regional Stakeholders
Profile Profile:
**Education**:
University degree of a Business school - Major in Management
At least 5 years of professional experience:
2 years in the Consulting Business and/or 2/3 years in a similar role/ Strategy Department of a Fashion/ Luxury Company
Technical skills:
able to work in a project-based environment, run analysis and models, understand correlations, problem-solve on different scenarios
Soft skills:
enthusiasm, empathy/interpersonal skills, listening, team-working, attention to detail, multi-tasking and outstanding organizational skills
Computer skills:
Proficient with Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc)
Languages skills:
English mandatory any other European or Asian language is a plus
