The** Go-To-Market and Retail Sales** function defines the **360 strategies of key retail projects, new products, and services launched on the market**, coordinating their implementation to **ensure the successful market release.

** It is a function at cross-junction between Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, CRM, and key regional stakeholders.

Within Retail Division, we are looking for an intern to support the WW Retail Marketing and Go to Market Team in the following activities:

- Periodic update of the collection launch plan and the 360 retail marketing activation plan

- Follow up, tracking and monitoring of sales campaign calendars, including a global calendar for marketing activities

- Data analysis to measure results of past and ongoing launch plans

- Editing and updating internal marketing and sales documents

- Back office activities including overall support to the Function and related stakeholders

- Support in the coordination of the activities by partnering with central Functions (Corporate Marketing, Merchandising and Visual Merchandising, Product, Events) and with Regions

**Profile**:

- Education: University degree from a business school - degree in Management/Economics or similar

- Technical skills: able to work in a project-based environment, understand correlations, problem-solve different scenarios

- Soft skills: enthusiasm, empathy/interpersonal skills, listening, team-working, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and outstanding organizational skills

- Computer skills: Proficient with Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)

- Languages skills: English is mandatory any other language is a plus
