What we're looking for:
Within the GoToMarket & Sales Platform Team, in agreement and synergy with the GoToMarket & Sales Platform Director, the GoToMarket Manager will take care of:
- Transpose and process the Company's commercial and strategic contents, information and initiatives.
- Cascading:
overseeing the entire process of disclosure of these elements to all potential targets, both internal and external to the company perimeter.
- Evaluate the uniqueness of new proposals vs competitors.
- Analysis of the target.
The perimeter of the profile is international with some focus on main European countries.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experiences in Trade Marketing represent a strong point of strength.
- Languages spoken:
Italian, English and one betweenFrench, German or Spanish.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular specialization in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Motivation and result orientation.
- Flexibility to react quickly to a fast-changing environment and propensity to deliver under pressure.
- Solid team-working culture and good project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills focused on promoting openness and transparency.
- Open to diversity and cultural differences.
- Real team player able to encourage and help others in giving their best
