RGI has just started an extensive transformation program towards an international company; in this scenario we are looking for a Governance & Transformation PMO to support us in our path.

D epending on the actual level of experience, the PMO will lead an organizational analysis and governance team taking care of and enhancing its development.

The PMO actively will collaborate with all department: Finance and Management Control, Sales, Delivery, Human Resource, Procurement, CEO and shareholder's team.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.

- Overseeing the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently

- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.

- Analyzing financial data, including budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

- Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.

- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, management engineering or a related field.

- A Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Certification may be advantageous.

- Previous experience of at least 4 years in the role in a structured consulting company.

- Strategic vision and ability to integrate work of interdisciplinary functions.

- To be successful as a PMO, you should demonstrate strong communication, organization, collaboration, attention to details and leadership skills.

- English fluent required, French or German speaking would be appreciated.

- Workplace in Milan, willingness to travel internationally, smartworking in line with company policies.
