**Job Summary
**Requirements**:
- Collaborate with the head of the function in securing authorizations and licenses on a global scale.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and foster cooperation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate regulatory challenges and support business objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance on regulatory matters to internal stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate regulatory risks.
**Qualifications**:
**Essential Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in financial services or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and processes.
- Proficiency in English and local language(s) required.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience working with regulatory bodies in Italy or other key markets.
- Background in consulting, particularly in regulatory compliance or project management.
- Familiarity with licensing processes for financial institutions.
