Graduate - Client Success Specialist

**_ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:_
- As _**_Graduate Client Success Specialist_**_, you will be a member in the Client Success Team of SITA's Global Services EUROPE.
Using your mindset and skills we will start together a great journey within the Air Transport Industry, with the target to growth your expertise and knowledge of Client Success Management. _
**_WHAT YOU WILL DO:_
- _
Receive support and training to start learning what Service Management best practices are and how SITA is supporting the aviation industry. _
- _ Receive training on SITA products. _
- _ Be part of a team of CSMs to contribute the satisfaction and success of our clients. _
- _ Acts as an operational point of contact for Customers, service Providers and line Management and manages all customer requests for service promptly and professionally. _
- _ Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and implements solutions. _
- _ Work with the CSMs team for identification and analysis of risk areas, escalation of operational issues. _
- _ Collaborate with other team members to review the monthly CSM revenue and ensure that all CSM related services are correctly billed. _
Qualifications:
**_ EXPERIENCE:_
- _Italian speaking.
_
- _Must be fluent in English, any other European language is a plus. _
- _ Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecom or Business, or equivalent. _
- _ Passionate in Information Technology, Network and Communication protocols, Digitization and Digital Transformation; interested to be part of a matrix management and process-oriented environment. _

Awareness and passion of Aviation industry is an added advantage. _
