Our Saica Graduate Expert Program is a two years program which has been designed to grow in making an impact of the world while developing professionally and personally.

Our Graduate Expert program is as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as a Graduate Expert Utilities.

The resource will develop appropriate H&S and operational knowledge, skills and experience to enable employment as an H&S specialist (or equivalent) at the end of a defined professional development period.

Specific tasks:

Define, plan, implement, monitor and review H&S programs and initiatives in the corresponding Business Area, referring directly to the HSE MANAGER.

The resource will manage the company's internal safety and environmental protection systems and maintain relations with the competent authorities, as well as the necessary documentation preparation.

Support HSE training and communication activities.

Contact H&S suppliers to define and implement standard solutions for training, projects, risks, technical systems, ppes, etc.

Advice to the organization on H&S

On-site presence, visits to customer projects/shops/facilities, identification of risk situations and behaviour, proposal of immediate preventive solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/ specialization in "technical prevention in the environment and in the workplace" or similar studies;

- Knowledge of English language;

- Precision and willingness to work in teams.
