**What You Need to Be Successful

- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e. g. , Aerospace, Aeronautics, Robotics, etc.

)

- Less than 18 months of professional experience

- Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus

- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders

- Innate aptitude for teamwork

- Excellent communication skills

- Personal drive and result orientation.
