**Job Title

Process Engineer Internship

**Job Purpose

Within Manufacturing central function department, the Process Engineer Internship is appointed to support the in-progress activities related to the continuous improvement of existing processes and of plant process quality key performance indicators, specifically for the Original Equipment tire production yield.

**Main Accountability

- To process and analyze available data in order to identify the weakness of current processes and to obtain information and input for the improvement activity definition

- To elaborate proposals for their improvement, prepare implementation plans and support the roll-out in production.

- To prepare the relevant periodical reporting documentation.

**Working Relationships

- Manufacturing central and R&D functions within BSEMIA Technical Center

- All Plants within BSEMIA Manufacturing (Europe, Africa, Russia, Turkey, India).

**Background of study

- Graduating in Engineering master degree is preferrable.

**Languages

- Fluent English required

**Technical Skills

- Statistical Process control

- Problem Solving attitude

- Office software advanced knowledge.

- University career path in line with Production and Quality address

- DMAIC and 6 sigma certification are a plus.

**Location

Working location is Rome.

It is not mandatory full working week attendance.
