Graphic & Digital Marketing Specialist
Who we are looking for? We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated Graphic & Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Research & Marketing team.
The role is pivotal in managing the visual identity of the brand, developing content for the website, social channels (in particular LinkedIn), newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing & digital communication or related field;4 to 5 years of related work experience;Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Skills (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator);Expert-level in Microsoft package (Word, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint) and excellent in PowerPoint;Advanced experience in LinkedIn management;Video editing and editing on Premiere (considered a plus);Portfolio of projects to share with us (please include it in your CV);Italian language knowledge is a must; English language proficiency is also required (at least C1). Graphic Design 60%: Prepare graphic design and develop content for digital and physical communication by gathering information/materials and planning concepts;Develop graphic content for newsletters, advertising campaigns, and social media;Manage graphics and related content for social media, primarily LinkedIn;Design and optimize maps and infographics for all platforms including websites, print media, social media, electronic newsletters, product design, displays, and productions for the organization and its clients;Produce video editing, photography, animated graphics, and other electronic multimedia;Support our business lines in tenders with graphic and web design work by understanding their business goals, scope of work, and Savills brand to develop customized design needs;Design and realize stands and coordinated promotional material for trade fairs and events;Actively participate in team brainstorming/concept development sessions;Take creative inputs from management and clients to adjust design-based work;Adhere to project deadlines and provide status updates on a regular basis to management;Maintain technical knowledge in graphic design and emerging trends;Contribute to team effort by helping with other projects as needed. Digital Marketing 40%: Identify target market, maintain a brand image and awareness, promoting marketing campaigns for the internet and digital technologies;Increase brand awareness and promote company services;Use internal tools for email marketing;Analyze and report on channel-specific KPIs.
