We're currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Rome-based team, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional creative solutions that make a difference.

As a Graphic Designer at Reverse Studio, you'll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team throughout every stage of the design process.

From developing compelling brand identities and innovative UX/UI concepts to executing communication projects and producing flawless print materials, your role will be dynamic and impactful.

You will work under the guidance of the Art Director and Creative Director, with direct involvement from our Partner in charge.

What You'll Bring: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with exposure to large-scale projects.

An ability to articulate project narratives and conceptual ideas clearly, effectively engaging both internal teams and external stakeholders.

A team-oriented mindset, contributing to the development of design options in partnership with fellow designers.

Proficiency in Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop and Figma, enabling you to bring your creative visions to life.

Knowledge of After Effects for creating short animations and motion graphics prototypes is considered a plus.

Proven ability to design and test interfaces for websites, landing pages, and eCommerce in collaboration with an internal team of front-end developers.

Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, manage your time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

A flexible, open attitude towards exploring new ideas and iterative ways of working.
