Job Summary As our new Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate with our creative team to transform concepts into compelling visual stories that captivate audiences.

Working on diverse international campaigns, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity across multiple platforms and mediums.

What You'll Do Transform creative concepts into polished communications under expert art direction guidance.

You'll own the design process from initial concepts to final artwork, managing multiple campaigns while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

You'll be responsible for: Crafting engaging web designs ready for development Creating high-impact marketing materials Managing projects from concept to completion Contributing fresh ideas to our agency's creative culture What We're Looking For You're a design virtuoso who excels in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Motion graphics and video creation Adobe XD and web design Delivering pixel-perfect designs with meticulous attention to detail Bonus points for experience with: WordPress development AI image generation tools InDesign and PowerPoint Client presentation skills The Perfect Fit 4-5 years' agency experience or similar fast-paced environment A deep passion for typography and composition Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, deadline-driven situations Outstanding project management skills A relevant degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field A portfolio that showcases your creative excellence You're known for being: An enthusiastic team player who elevates those around you Passionate about creating exceptional work Ambitious and eager to grow Cool under pressure and adaptable to change Here's what we've got to offer: Dynamic & collaborative team Creative work environment Career progression and upskilling opportunities Weekly Happy Hour TLC Wellness Global Clients & Team exposure TLC 'Fun Club' & Social Calendar (known to include pizza deliveries!)
