Fully remote (Italy)**:

We are looking for a talented **Graphic Designer **to join our **BEE Content Design**'s **Marketing Team** who will be responsible for creating outstanding graphics including video, motion graphics, illustrations, logos, layouts, and templates.

As a Graphic Designer, your role will be focused on crafting high-quality visual content that is appealing, engaging, and on-brand.

**Your core responsibilities will be to**:

- Help create and edit videos and motion graphics.

Given its focus on helping democratize content design, BEE wants to expand its presence on YouTube and other sites where people search for "how to " videos, animations, etc.

- Contributing to the expansion of BEE's templates catalog.

**We are looking for**:

- **3+ years of graphic design experience including print design, web UI design/prototyping and branding.

Experience in social media and basic motion design will be considered a plus.

Experience with video editing will be considered a major plus.

**:

- **Design tools knowledge: you are proficient with Figma and Illustrator.

Knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects/Animate, and Premiere will be considered a plus.

- **Outstanding communication skills**:you love interacting with team members, in writing or in person.

You can communicate creative ideas effectively.

- **Autonomy**: you are comfortable with working independently and delivering your contribution to bigger projects.

- **Reliability and organization**:you enjoy getting things done, and people always look at you as a dependable team member when tasks are assigned.

You can handle multiple projects and different deadlines, while able to see the big picture and effectively manage your time.

- **Comfortable with quick turnarounds**, but not at the expense of quality.

**Location**:

You will join our Italy-based team.

We have offices in Cremona & Milano, but you can also choose to work remotely, depending on where you are based.

If you do work remotely, we will ask you to be flexible about joining the rest of the team in our Cremona or Milano offices from time to time for in-person meetings.
