ResponsibilitiesCreate property brochures and rebrand floor plansCreate newly listed and just sold postcardsCreate magazine and newspaper adsCreate signage for open houses and team eventsCreate business cards, MLS headers, and other collateral for our agents and staffSupport social media and photography effortsDownload property photos, videos, and floor plans from vendors and file them on company serverQualificationsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignProven work experience as a graphic designer or similar roleStrong portfolio showcasing previous work and design capabilitiesAbility to maintain brand consistency across all projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlinesCapable of receiving constructive feedback to foster growthExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailDependable transportation to officeCompensation$21 - $23 hourly
