Graphic Designer (Categoria Protetta - L.68/99)

We are looking for a **Graphic and Visual Communication Designer** who will join the team to bring stories and contents to life by creating highly creative, visually compelling and emotionally engaging designs.
The research primary focuses on people with special needs (Categoria Protetta - L. 68/99).
A personal portfolio/showreel is required.

**_The following are specific duties performed on a daily basis:_
- Supporting the development of powerful presentations and static infographics for multiple platforms
- Supporting the development of graphic materials such as social media graphics and visuals, banners, posters, advertising, logos
- Supporting the development of contents such as reports, business proposals, and presentations, in order to foster new business opportunities and to win Clients pitches

Requirements_
- A Bachelor's degree in design and/or 1+ years of professional graphic design.
- A portfolio showcasing his/her creative thinking process as well as visually compelling, practical and emotionally engaging design work.
- Good understanding of graphic design, typography and layout
Proficiency with Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop) and Power Point.
- Self-motivated and able to engage well in a team environment.
- High level of commitment and attention to quality and details.
- Good command of English (company language is Italian but we use English as well for the rest of APCO's network and for international clients).
- Keen ability to take criticism and incorporate feedback to achieve more effective design solutions.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
**Additional skills that will be taken into account**:
Experience in web design and development CMS (Wordpress, HTML, CSS).
