Grid Connection Project Manager

Emeren's strategy is to pursue high-margin project development opportunities specifically, in the U. S. and Europe, where we have an industry-leading position. We are seeking a dedicated Grid Connection Project Manager to support project development in Italy.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the process of grid interconnection with the local DSO (Enel Distribuzione) and TSO (Terna), including following the procedure to support development and pre-construction activities, build a relationship with counterparty stakeholders and working in team with the project development team to ensure all projects have the optimal grid connection solution from a technical and financial standpoint. Responsibilities:Manage grid connection requests on the DSO and TSO web portals: manage new requests, communication and follow-up with TSO and DSO. Ensure grid connection solutions are developed on schedule: work with other energy producers to provide the optimal connection solution and sharing agreements, on schedule according to the regulation in force (TICA)Build effective stakeholders responsibilities: manage to create and maintain good relationship with relevant stakeholders at TSO and DSO in order to be effective in following the TICA process. Represent Emeren at grid interconnection committees: participate to steering committees and lead the negotiation of sharing agreements in the interest of Emeren's projects. Work with project development team: develop a good teamwork with the project development Project Managers to ensure the development schedule and risk assessment is performed at the highest quality standards. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience with grid connection procedures in Italy is a plusProficiency in MS Excel, with advanced skills preferred. Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics system is a plus. Fluent in English and Italian. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Skills:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
